Our Shipping Policy
How We Do It
Retail orders ship out from our studio within 3 to 5 business days after payment has been received for your order.
All orders ship via USPS. Once the package has been shipped, Alvez Tees and Gifts is not responsible for loss or damages to items. Please contact USPS directly for any issues regarding your shipment.
If your shipment comes back to our studio for any reason, we can ship out again for an additional shipping fee. To avoid returned shipments, please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout or get in touch with us before your order ships. Once the shipment goes out the door, we are not able to adjust shipments or delivery addresses.
Returns and Refunds
How It Works
Unfortunately, Alvez Tees and Gifts does not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases, for incorrect choices or names mistakes due to failure to read detailed product descriptions. We provide all the information needed to make an informed decision as to whether the product being sold is suited to your needs. Please note, it is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the correct color/size/name on it is chosen, within each product listing. WE WILL NOT be held responsible for incorrect choices or name mistakes. If you have any questions regarding any of our products, please email us via our Contact Us page on the website or message us on Facebook prior to checking out and making payment. We are always here to help our lovely customers. Upon checkout, you are required to accept all information associated with making a sale at Alvez Tees and Gifts. It is your decision as a customer to fulfil an order with Alvez Tees and Gifts.
We do not offer any refunds or exchanges on any SALE ITEMS.
We do not offer any refunds for orders that arrive late or not when you expected them. We have stated clearly on the order confirmation email that our processing time is approx. 9 to 12 business days and during holiday periods this can be extended up to 3 weeks. The processing time DOES NOT include weekends, public holidays, or the Christmas week break. We cannot be held responsible for postal delays or items not arriving on time for BIRTHDAYS or CHRISTMAS for obvious reasons.
